Shipping policy

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments including delivery costs (except additional costs).

The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest using the same means of payment.

The goods must be returned within 14 days. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Any loss in value will only be reimbursed in the event of excessive use.

There is no right of withdrawal for personalized or sealed hygiene items.

Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours.
